Table Tennis
Table Tennis, a sport demanding rapid reactions, strategic acumen, and unwavering persistence, stands as one of the distinctive pursuits at Anglican High School. Over the years, our teams have consistently secured commendable results in both the East Zone and National School Games, showcasing the dedication and prowess of our players.
Conducted at our exclusive Table Tennis Center, our training regimen is a pivotal aspect of our success. Teams for both boys and girls engage in bi-weekly training sessions, fostering teamwork, trust, and resilience. This routine not only enhances their skills on the table but also contributes significantly to character development, instilling core values that align with the ethos of our school. Join us in celebrating the dynamic world of Table Tennis at Anglican High School, where athletic achievement and character-building converge seamlessly.
During the last singles match for the B division boys’ 3rd/4th placing in the East Zone NSG 2023, the esprit de corps of team AHS was unforgettable. Everyone was cheering our last singles player on from the sidelines. Whether it was a point scored or a point lost, we gave him our utmost support. In the end, we managed to secure a hard-earned victory. Through this experience, we have indeed grown and emerged stronger together as a team.
